When the finder scans the QR, their browser asks for location permission. If they allow it, you see their exact position on a live map in real-time.
Yes — but simpler. GPS trackers need charging, an app, and a monthly subscription. AYA wristbands need nothing: no battery, no app, no subscription. When someone scans the QR, you get GPS location + push notification instantly. For events and outings, AYA is more practical than a tracker.

Yes. We have filed a patent application for the wristband design (application no. PA 2025 30567, filed 11 September 2025), currently under examination at the Danish Patent and Trademark Office. The filing secures an international priority date, so protection can be extended to other countries. We'll update this page as the case progresses.
