How it works

   You have 100 days from the payment date. Use the button in your order email and you get the full amount back, shipping included, with no need to explain why.

   You don't send anything back. In return, all the codes on the order are closed and stop working. A wristband that is active right now closes only once it has expired, and a product reported missing closes only once the case is over.

   The guarantee covers online purchases of physical products and can be used once per customer. Purchases from retailers, gifts and subscriptions are not covered. Pickup, orders with premium and activation credits are not covered either.
